Privacy & your data

Powered by QuriLabs, Kathaka’s parent company.

Kathaka stores account email, display name, BCrypt password hashes, verification state, optional customer profile details and device activation records. The account service also records sign-in and security events. Passwords are never stored as plain text.

Your artwork

Manga projects, imported artwork and recovery files remain on your device. They are not automatically uploaded to the account service. You control exported files and any sharing.

Account services

Account and profile data is stored on the Kathaka server. Email verification uses the configured email delivery service. Kathaka does not bundle AI generation models or advertising SDKs. Payments and online invoicing are not enabled in this release.

Deleting your account

Use Your account → Delete my account in the app, or the web deletion page. Confirm your password to remove sign-in credentials, optional profile details, personal-company contact information and active sessions. Account deletion is irreversible. Local manga projects remain on your devices and can be removed using your device's file controls.

Existing transaction records, security audit records and backup copies may remain for legitimate financial, security and recovery purposes. Shared company records are managed separately from your personal profile.
